The mother company DIF ENGINEERING LTD was founded in 1999 and is engaged in a full scope of Civil Engineering activities: public buildings, roads and infrastructure, residential buildings, system-intensive buildings, building conservation, treatment of urban / regional master plans and more. USA operations began in 2014 based on the need for our services.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Our Project Management is based on many years of experience and a full integration between design, management, supervision, control and auditing. Our managerial team is experienced and continues to be involved in the practice as well as in the oversight only upgrades and reinforces the management quality with the years.
DIF NY provides a service that oversees the construction manager or the general contractor on behalf of the client who may not have engineering background. The difference between us and the Owner Rep is that all of our team members are engineers.
CONTROLS AND AUDITS
