The project design at its start is reflected along the way upon its success in its three main components: time table, budget, quality. The D.I.F team is experienced in all the stages of the process, design to implementation from start to finish.

We submit comprehensive engineering audits of construction projects such as roads and bridges, big public buildings, infrastructure etc. to municipal and regional authorities, city comptrollers and treasurers. Among our audits were twelve reports on the nationwide Israeli natural gas lines for the ministry of infrastructure ,the ministry of the treasury and the natural gas authority.

Supervision and project management of commercial and residential structures, including complex integrated systems. We implement, manage and supervise complex building projects, including comprehensive mechanical systems, energy systems and controls.

​We submit arbitration and expert opinions to various institutions such as cities and developers. We have on staff a certified arbitrator on behalf of “the Organization of Engineers” in Israel, experienced in arbitration between many different entities, including architect, project manager, contractor, and entrepreneur.

A study, analysis and detailed audit of the bid, its specifications, documentation, and bill of quantities, with proven savings in the subsequent project budget and time-table.

We can manage all the subcontractors like a CM, However we don’t sign contracts with the subcontractors, this is the owner`s prerogative, because we are the client representative. Our loyalty is to the client, our motto is defined by the fact that we don’t want to get any fees from change orders. We work to prevent change orders, and in the best interest of the client.
